Sensitive Ecosystems Development Permit Area
Subject to applicable exemptions, a development permit is required prior to the alteration or subdivision of land, or the construction, addition or alteration of a building or structure on the land. The proposed works/development must conform to applicable development permit guidelines for the protection of sensitive ecosystems.
