2040 OCP Development Permit Area Natural Environment
To ensure our remaining natural environment continues to provide benefits for future generations, the City must prioritize the protection and enhancement of natural habitat, water and air resources and maintain local biodiversity. Complementing federal and/or provincial acts and regulations, Chapter 21: Natural Environment DPA requires development permits for proposals that may impact the environment, ground and surface water, or other natural conditions.
