This spatial data set contains polygons representing the property parcels which are registered as condominium and those in the application process for becoming a condo. Status represents the phase the project is in: DRAFT - The application has been 'Draft Approved', but still awaits Registration at Land Titles. REGISTERED - Registered at Land Titles. CLOSED - Applications which did not get approved/registered and require a new application to proceed. Each record in the table has details about the development/proposed development. This includes: the condo name and condo number (or City of NF file number), the max number of levels on the property for any building, the number of total condominium units on the site. This layer is updated on an ongoing bases.
