Schedule F - Holding Overlay: Kingston Zoning By-Law (2022-62)

Schedule F Holding Overlay as described in the City of Kingston New Zoning Bylaw. Holding Overlays have the effect of restricting the development or use of a lot or building in accordance with the corresponding provisions until this Bylaw has been amended to remove the lot from the Holding Overlay in accordance with Section 36 of the Planning Act. City Council enacted the new Kingston Zoning Bylaw Number 2022-62 on April 26, 2022. The Kingston Zoning Bylaw regulates the use of lands and the size and location of buildings for almost all properties in the City of Kingston (all properties except those identified as “Not Subject to this By-law”).
