GC HR and Pay - DG Pay Centre Services Committee

The Director General Pay Centre Services Committee (DGPCSC), formerly known as the Director General Pod Steering Committee, is an executive‑level collaborative forum that brings together Public Service Pay Centre senior leaders and its client organizations to support continuous improvement in pay service delivery. Operating within the Human Capital Management Pay Administration Branch, the Committee supports the mandate of the Public Service Pay Centre by providing a governance forum that connects the Pay Centre and client organizations, facilitating the sharing of progress updates on the Human Resources and Pay Solution to enable informed planning, coordination, and alignment. The DGPCSC is chaired by the Director General of the Public Service Pay Centre and is composed of EX‑level senior representatives from client organizations with human resources or compensation responsibilities who are authorized to engage in strategic discussions and represent their organizations’ interests. Effective April 2026, the Committee meets on a quarterly basis.
