This set includes the Social Security Agreement and its protocol; a framework agreement on the reciprocal recognition of drivers’ licences for exchange purposes; a youth mobility agreement; an exchange of notes providing for military exercises of the Italian Armed Forces in Canada; a mutual legal assistance treaty supporting cooperation in criminal matters; a protocol amending the 1977 taxation convention to avoid double taxation and prevent fiscal evasion; and an airworthiness agreement between the two governments.
