he purpose of this Notice is to inform the exporting community of: proposed changes to Canada's export controls on cryptographic goods as a result of recent changes to the Wassenaar Arrangement Lists of controlled goods and technology; and the procedures that have been implemented to streamline the export permit process for cryptographic goods to make the process more transparent.
