Noise Exposure Forecast Contours

Noise Exposure Forecast (NEF) contours are referred to by Section 19 of the Land Use Bylaw, the Calgary International Airport Vicinity Protection Area Regulations and Calgary International Airport Zoning Regulations. They are a development constraint for properties that are within the contours. In August 2021, changes were approved to the AVPA through a Ministerial Order.
