Citizen Satisfaction Survey - Perception of Services (2009 - 2018)

Since 1997, The City of Calgary has conducted its annual Citizen Satisfaction Survey to ask Calgarians how satisfied they are with City performance, programs, services, and overall quality of life in Calgary. This file is a summary of the services portion of the Citizen Satisfaction survey, and details how satisfied Calgarians are with each service, how important each service is for them, and whether or not The City should invest more, less, or the same amount in that service.
