A grid system of blocks and tracts is used to divide the area. 1 block = 5 minute longitude by 5 minute latitude numbered area. 1 tract = 1 minute longitude by 1 minute latitude area, assigned by letters . 1 block contains 25 tracts. This product requires the use of geographic information system (GIS) software.
