Rolling Five-Year Development Evaluation Work Plan

In January 2015, the Development Evaluation Division (PCE) conducted a review of DFATD’s evaluation universe Footnote1 in order to ensure full evaluation coverage of the Department’s direct development program spending over 5 years. The plan has been developed to achieve that requirement.
