Businesses that do not comply with the francization process

In accordance with section 152 of the Charter of the French Language, the Office Québecois de la Langue Française publishes and maintains the list of businesses for which it has refused to issue a certificate or whose certification or certificate it has suspended or cancelled. Under article 152.1 of the Charter, the Administration cannot conclude a contract with an enterprise or award a subsidy to it if its name is on the list of non-compliant enterprises provided for in article 152 of the Charter. This data set is updated on a regular basis. Before using it, make sure you have the latest version.
