Ethical and methodological framework for Open source data monitoring and analysis

The purpose of this framework is to outline ethical and methodological principles and guidelines for open source data monitoring and analysis undertaken by Rapid Response Mechanism Canada (RRM Canada). These open source data activities support the G7 Rapid Response Mechanism (RRM) – an initiative aimed at defending G7 democracies from foreign threats as well as Government of Canada efforts aimed at safeguarding its own democratic institutions and processes, including its general elections.
