Poultry Livestock Insurance Plans by Type

The purpose of this plan is to provide for insurance against a loss of poultry resulting from the detection of a disease designated as a peril under the Poultry Insurance Plan regulations under the Crop and Livestock Insurance Act. This dataset indicates the number of poultry insured by weight or number of birds, number of claims within the fiscal year, amount paid and total coverage for each poultry type.
