Textile mills that use wet processing (nonylphenol and its ethoxylates) - P2 Notice
This notice applied to owners of textile mills that manufactured textile using wet processing, used nonylphenol and its ethoxylates, and discharged their effluents, with a daily flow greater than 30 m3, to an off-site wastewater treatment facility. This notice was in effect from December 4, 2004 to January 31, 2010, for textile mills that used wet processing. It is now completed.
