Lake Quebec Bathymetry Geobase (GBLQ)

The Quebec Lake Bathymetry Geobase (GBLQ) includes all lake bathymetries produced by or shared with the Ministry of the Environment, the Fight against Climate Change, Wildlife and Parks (MELCCFP) as part of a project to centralize and harmonize existing data. In addition to grouping data from the various MELCCFP units, the geobase can count on the contribution of important contributors such as the Laurentides Regional Council, Dr. Richard Carignan from the University of Montreal, the Société des de plein air du Québec (SEPAQ) and many others. If you want to participate in the enrichment of the GBLQ and you have bathymetric data absent from the geobase, we invite you to contact the development and management team of knowledge about aquatic environments (bd-geo.eau@environnement.gouv.qc.ca).This third party metadata element was translated using an automated translation tool (Amazon Translate).
