Regina Animal Bylaw No. 2009-44 Survey Results 2025

The Regina Animal Bylaw No. 2009-44 survey was conducted following a motion from City Council in early 2025. The survey was part of a review of the bylaw, which focused on three key areas including concerns related to aggressive dogs, enforcement mechanisms for the bylaw and strategies to prevent animal aggression. To gather input, the survey was shared through two engagement sessions; an online survey launched at I Love Regina Day and a second survey hosted on Be Heard Regina from September 16 to October 3, 2025.
