WHEREAS pursuant to section 13 of The Cities Act the Council of the City of Regina has determined that a portion of Regent Street is no longer needed for use by the travelling public and Council wishes to close and transfer such lands to the Board of Education of the Regina School Division No. 4 to satisfy the 1987 Central Lands Agreement
