Bylaw No. 2025-51 The Regina Board of Revision Decision Extension Bylaw, 2025

Subsection 210(4) of The Cities Act, requires the Board of Revision to make all decisions on appeals within 180 days after the date on which the city publishes a notice of the assessment roll opening, and no appeal may be heard after that date, except where allowed pursuant to section 360 of the Act. Because of the large number of assessment appeals, the Board of Revision will not be able to make all decisions within the 180 days, and this Bylaw extends the time for making decisions to October 24, 2025.
