Bylaw No. 2025-84 The Heritage Major Grant Agreement For The John Deere Plow Company Limited Building Located At 1255-1275 Broad Street Bylaw 2025
The City Clerk of the Corporation of the City of Regina is authorized to enter into and execute under seal the attached Agreement between the City of Regina and the owner identified in section 2 as well as any assignment agreements that may be authorized under section 4. The Agreement may be assigned to a subsequent owner of the property at the sole discretion of the Executive Director, City Planning and Community Services if the parties enter into an assignment agreement.
