This is a request for information for: “City of Regina Policies, Guidelines, Codes, Standards, Laws, Practices or any Process the City follows or is obligated to follow specifically related to dealing with hazardous, unsafe, unusual, damaged, unacceptable or any other out of the ordinary road conditions existing or are suggested/alleged to exist. Within this information include, but do not limit the information to: a. Definitions/descriptions of hazardous, unsafe, unusual, damaged, unacceptable or any other out of the ordinary road conditions; b. What, when where and how the City is obligated to/not obligated to or in practice deals with any existing/or allegedly existing road condition problems, especially but not limited to problems with manholes.”
