Capital Projects Pipeline

This page provides advance visibility into capital projects planned to be issued for competitive procurement, helping industry plan capacity and resources. A capital project is the full scope of City-led work undertaken to create, acquire, improve, refurbish, or extend the life of tangible assets, including land, buildings, engineered structures, water and wastewater infrastructure, parks and public realm assets, equipment, vehicles, and technology systems, that support service delivery, enable growth, or fulfill legislated requirements over multiple years.
