City Initiated Appeals To Property Assessment

This dataset identifies properties where, as a result of City staff review and analysis, Revenue Services Division has initiated assessment appeals at the Assessment Review Board, under Section 40 of the Assessment Act. These appeals are intended to correct assessments that have been incorrectly classified or undervalued, or a combination of both. The purposes of publishing this dataset is to inform the public of which properties the City has appealed.
