HousingTO Action Plan

The HousingTO 2020-2030 Action Plan (HousingTO Plan) provides a blueprint for action across the full housing continuum. These actions are aimed at improving housing, health, social and economic outcomes for Toronto residents. Successful implementation of the HousingTO Plan requires ongoing monitoring, tracking and reporting on targets to ensure transparency and accountability. This dataset accompanies the HousingTO Dashboard, which provides an annual update on the City’s progress towards meeting the HousingTO targets. The Plan’s 13 strategic actions have been consolidated across five key themes, including: new rental homes; preserving existing homes; assisting renters; homeownership assistance; and long-term care support.
