Minister-Approved Major Transit Station Areas

Chapter 8 of Toronto’s Official Plan contains policies and delineations for Major Transit Station Areas and Protected Major Transit Station areas. The delineations for these areas are set out in Map 1 of the policy for each station, respectively. This dataset contains a shapefile with the 120 Major Transit Station Area and Protected Major Transit Station Area delineations which were approved by the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing on August 15, 2025.
