OurWPG Regional Mixed Use Corridor

Corridors are targeted segments of Winnipeg's major transportation routes that provide the best opportunity for mixed use intensification outside of Downtown by virtue of their access to high quality transit and local commercial amenities. Regional Mixed Use Corridors are Corridors that are more auto-oriented in character, and whose design is expected to transition to a more pedestrian-friendly nature over time.
