The Pay and Benefits Client Contact Centre (CCC) is the first point of contact for federal public servants who have questions or problems related to their pay and benefits. It is part of Public Services and Procurement Canada’s Human Capital Management – Pay Administration Branch (PAB), which provides pay and benefits services to public servants who are served by the Public Service Pay Centre. To ensure consistency and accuracy in services provided, the CCC developed scripts for pay related inquiries. The scripts allow CCC agents to communicate accurate information and follow intended processes when serving public servants who have questions or may be experiencing pay issues.
