A compilation of bilateral agreements between Canada and the Republic of Croatia in the areas of investment, social protection, taxation, and air transport. This set includes an investment promotion and protection agreement with annexes, a social security agreement coordinating the two countries’ social security systems, and a taxation agreement with protocol aimed at avoiding double taxation and preventing fiscal evasion. It also contains a protocol amending the Canada–European Community air transport agreement to account for Croatia’s accession to the European Union.
