These datasets track the percentage of students that completed any credential program within the completion timeline given the number of students in the completing cohort by institutions and credential-program type combination. The datasets thus employ a "backward tracking" algorithm to determining completion rates: cohorts are determined by the year the students are supposed to complete their programs, not by the year they start their programs. Separate datasets are provided at the institutional level and sector level for all students and for full-time students.
