A mapped draft area of habitat with associated species-specific management requirements with the intent to become approved under the authority of the Forest Practices Code and the Forest and Range Practices Act. A mapped area of habitat required for the winter survival of ungulate species. Associated with the mapped areas are species-specific management requirements. This dataset contains draft UWR for the Peace Region. These polygons have not yet reached stage 3 of the designation process; this means they have been accepted by regional biologists, have proposed measures associated, and are in review/comment stage.
