The quarterly financial report has financial information and a statement accompanying it. The financial information incorporates a statement of authorities and a table of departmental budgetary expenditures by standard object including information on both the quarter and fiscal year-to-date; and comparative financial information for the preceding fiscal year for both the quarter and fiscal year-to-date.
