The lists in Table 1 outline foods that were issued a Temporary Marketing Authorization Letter (TMAL) as supplemented foods and are eligible for a transition period to come into compliance with the Supplemented foods regulations. They are permitted to remain on the market during the transition period provided they meet the applicable requirements in the transitional provisions of the Supplemented foods regulations.
