Building permits and building permit applications for residential and non-residential construction. Building permits are based on the Safety Codes Act, Permit Regulation and Alberta Building Code. Plan reviews and site inspections are provided to ensure all new construction and alterations within the City of Lethbridge are safe. Other trade permits for electrical, plumbing, gas and heating are not included within this dataset.
