This tabular data set contains service requests received from the public that have been completed by City staff in the past five years. Not all requests for service received by the City are included in this data set as not all requests are entered into the service request system. Some public requests are entered directly into a separate maintenance management system or complaint database for action, or are dealt with immediately at the time of the request. These data have been generalized in order to eliminate any personally identifiable information including names, email addresses, specific dates, phone numbers, addresses and other location information. Ward numbers, intersections (where applicable), City park names (where applicable), and the first three letters of the postal code (where applicable) are included. Other fields include: request category, sub-category, city department and division, month, year, input channel, and the location type.
