Housing Placements depicted are the initial occurrence that housing has been secured for unique individuals participating in a City-funded homelessness program: Intensive Case Management (ICM), Rapid Re-housing (RRH), and Transitional Living Program (TLP). Data is collected and compiled using the Data Collection Tools submitted by funded housing programs to the City of Hamilton on a monthly basis.
