Subtrade permits and applications for residential and non-residential projects. Permits are based on the Safety Codes Act, Permit Regulation and each respective trade’s set of code. Plan reviews and site inspections are provided to ensure all new construction and alterations within the City of Lethbridge are safe. This dataset includes electrical, plumbing, gas and heating permits which are issued separately from the building permit.
