This data set contains information requests and service requests submitted to the City of Montreal via the 311 call system, by email and at the Accès Montréal Offices (BAM). It should be noted that service requests fall into three categories: requests, complaints and comments. WARNING: The data in this set represents all requests submitted regardless of whether they resulted in an intervention by the City of Montreal or not. In addition, it is important to be aware of the methodology since it contains information on the collection and management of the data necessary for any analysis or interpretation of the data.
