This is an access to information request for: "A copy of the 2018 Annual Operating Report as required to fulfill section 5.8 (under the current Permit and assuming the previous permit had an equivalent requirement) of the Permit to Operate a Sewage Works issued by the Water Security Agency to the City of Regina for the Wastewater Treatment Facility which discharges effluent into Wascana Creek."
