The Records Series Management Tool (RSMT) manages the Records Classification System (RCS) which is used to manage City of Toronto records (excluding records from Agencies). This dataset contains the classifications, descriptions, applicable legislation and disposition values for each type of records. All record series identified in this dataset have been approved by Council. The content is used to classify, manage and dispose of City records (excluding agencies).
