This dataset has not been update since 2019 due to COVID-19, and will be resumed in 2026/2027. The Health Protection and Promotion Act (HPPA) outlines the diseases of public health significance designated as reportable in the province of Ontario. A list of these diseases can be found here. Toronto Public Health analyses and assesses data for these diseases on an ongoing basis, and provides annual summaries of these data.
