The Non-Competitive Contracts dataset contains a list of non-competitive contracts processed by the Purchasing and Materials Management Division on behalf of the City of Toronto. These non-competitive contract procurements were processed in accordance with the requirements under Chapter 195, Purchasing By-law and the Procurement Processes Policy. Non-Competitive Contracts are posted on the Online Call Document System and are available for 18 months after the date the contract is created. MaRS Non-Competitive Procurements are identifiable by the Title. Data Features - Request Number - Generated number of the Non-Competitive documents (i.e., WSxxxxxxx123 or SRxxxxxxx123) - Client Division - Name of the City Division for the contract - Description - Brief description of the goods and services being purchased by the City - Reason Code - Non-Competitive exception reason - Vendor Name - Name of the contracted supplier providing goods and services to the City - Contract Amount - Total contract dollar amount - Date Awarded - Date when the contract was created
