The dataset includes the total number of children on the wait list for a fee subsidy (beginning in year 2007) per month The City tracks the number of children on the wait list for a child care fee subsidy. Note: the City budget allows for approximately 25,000 fee subsidies; beyond this number is a wait list. This information is updated every quarter through Toronto's Progress Portal. A CSV file can be exported directly through Toronto's Progress Portal by navigating to the Community Vulnerability tab and selecting the **Child Care - Number of Children on Wait list for a Child Care Fee Subsidy **measure.
