The 2025 Student Experience Survey (SES) was administered by the Office of the Chief Human Resources Officer, Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat. The 2025 SES measured student employees’ opinions about recruitment and onboarding, workplace experience, future employment in the federal public service and workplace well-being. The 2025 SES was conducted from August 5 to September 12, 2025. A total of 3,466 students from 64 federal departments and agencies responded to the 2025 SES. The 2025 SES dataset contains survey results by year (2025, 2024, 2023, 2022 and 2021) for the Public Service and departments/agencies, as well as results broken down by demographic characteristics (e.g., age, gender). Results for 2024, 2023, 2022, and 2021 are only provided for questions repeated in the 2025 SES.
