Long term symptoms were defined as having COVID-19 symptoms at least 3 months after a self-reported positive test or suspected SARS-CoV-2 infection. Results on the status of long-term symptoms only included respondents for whom a period of three months separated their self-reported date of infection and the date they completed the questionnaire.
