Building permit review shows the number of applications approved/not approved. Metrics are updated monthly to reflect data from the previous month. Definitions: - Approved is defined as an application that is compliant with applicable codes, standards and bylaws upon first review. Not approved includes applications that require further information from the applicant, are withdrawn by the applicant, cancelled, etc. - Part 9 applies to all buildings three storeys or less in building height with a building area not exceeding 600 m2, and with major occupancies classified as Group C, D, E, F-2 or F-3. Part 3 applies to all other buildings.
