PURPOSE: This data set was used to examine temporal changes in 4TVn Atlantic Herring fecundity. DESCRIPTION: This data set holds 4TVn Atlantic Herring fecundity data collected in the early 1970s, 1980s and 2022. We used the data to examine the temporal declines in fecundity over the 3 time periods and estimated size-fecundity relationships for each spawning component in the 1970s and 2022. USE LIMITATION: To ensure scientific integrity and appropriate use of the data, we would encourage you to contact the data custodian.
